Over 50 years of experience, successfully representing clients in a variety of legal matters, and serving  as a mediator through court appointments and by the agreement of parties since 2004.

I am semi-retired and not accepting new clients other than mediation of business disputes, and providing services for existing clients in estate planning and probate matters.

I have served as trial counsel in state and federal courts in Houston, Texas in bench and jury trials, and as a court-appointed mediator in civil and family cases.
